People are scared. Recent unrest in cities like Seattle and Portland and the seeming inability, or unwillingness, of governments to protect private property is leading many people who never owned a firearm to make their first purchase. People are scared, but they are also wise and they are rising to the responsibility of guarding their property and ensuring their family’s own safety. And many of these new gun owners are women. They are being helped by innovative women making it more convenient for women to carry. Watch this video to see what’s happening in the female demographic of the gun industry.
There Has Been a Tremendous Rise in Background Checks Since the Beginning of 2020
With a growing wisdom among concerned, law-abiding citizens, more people are purchasing firearms and the numbers keep growing. And you know with every gun purchase, there’s a background check made, right? Against all odds of the liberal agenda to squash gun ownership, the FBI revealed the numbers for background checks this month showing a marked rise in investigation of background for firearm purchases.
But background checks and gun ownership data don’t add up and here’s why.
While the background checks are documented, the actual sale of guns is not, at least not by the NICS (National Instant Criminal Background Check System); there cannot be a definitive correlation to gun ownership simply because of a rise in background checks. For instance not all background checks result in the sale of only one firearm. Also, many gun sales take place without a check because one has already been conducted. What can be concluded, however; is that gun ownership is on the rise. This usually happens when the general population feels that their freedoms are being threatened.
Much of the rise in gun ownership is the result of innovative women making it more convenient for women to carry. Watch the video to see what’s happening in the female demographic of the gun industry.
