Moms and Guns does not issue refunds on class enrollments due to the following reasons:
Refuse To Be A Victim® class requires administrative costs be spent to order student materials four weeks prior to scheduled class time. Class tuition can be applied to a different calendar schedule when student personally contact Moms and Guns with their request to change class date and apply tuition accordingly.
Concealed Carry Classes offer a non-refundable $35 payment option toward the full tuition costs of $100 with remaining balance of $65 due at entrance to first hour of class time. The non-refundable deposit affords administrative costs to prepare student handbook for class. The deposit may be applied toward a different calendar schedule when student personally contact Moms and Guns with their request to change class date and apply tuition deposit or full tuition paid online accordingly. Once class has started, there is no refund to remaining balance paid at entrance to the first hour of class time.
Note: Personal emergencies occurring during class time will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
