Breaking News – Missouri Anti-Gun Bill To Make Victims of Gun Theft the Criminal
On Wednesday February 17th, an important bill is coming to the House. Please contact your senator and stand in solidarity with your fellow gun owners.
Missouri Anti-Gun Bill 691 (found here) states that if a stolen firearm is not reported stolen within 72 hours of discovery of loss, the owner will be penalized by fine. After a theft, victims have so much on their mind that it seems heartlessly ridiculous to further victimize the victim. As if the report of the theft in general to both police and insurance is not enough, the new bill requires further reporting specifically of the firearm that has been stolen.
We would ask that you stand with us to ask your state Senator to oppose this bill.

The time you spend keeping this bill from passing could possibly save you and your fellow gun owners invaluable time in the event of a theft.
